If we treat our enemies like this.....our friends must be really honored

So King Barry meets President Hu of China, bows down to him and gives him a state dinner.  What does he get in return?  A Chinese pianist playing anti-American songs.  Mr. Hu recognized it at once.  King Barry doesn't even know the Chinese are making fun of him.  I wonder if he will ever figure out the Chinese will never accept  Uncle Sam's America as an equal trading partner. 

Let's see...Slick Willie gave China ballistic secrets, and now I understand King Barry is giving away nuclear secrets.  The Chinese stole our stealth technology via reverse engineering.  Gee, I wonder what our allies think of all this.  We don't even give them all this wonderful modern stuff, but we'll give it to our enemies.

This has to stop.  Congress must demand the following:

Embargo Chinese goods.  Surely we can produce anything they are currently shipping to the United States.  Will help our economy and will likely reduce the price of oil because less will be used in ocean transportation.  Will reduce pollution because less ocean freight, less truck freight in American harbors, reduce graft of the Longshoremen's Unions.  Will reduce transportation costs because unreasonable harbor restrictions and fees are diminished. 

Open up America to Oil/Gas exploration and exploitation.  The world price of oil will plummet.   Reduce taxes and restrictions on small-medium manufacturing and business.  Create a culture of growth as a result.  Employees will be hired, government tax revenues will be improved.

Treat Venezuela much as President Kennedy did in 1961.  Stop the Iranians from placing offensive missiles in Venezuela.  The missiles they propose to place there may reach the United States.

I doubt congress and King Barry have the intestinal fortitude to do all this. 

And now they celebrate death as a political event

Our Nutcase-in-Chief has really lost all semblance of decorum.  Why would a world leader go to Tucson to party at the expense of the family of a murdered little girl and a respected Federal Judge?  It was more of a political rally than a memorial. 

Memorials, in my experience, are spent reviewing the life and times of the deceased.  The people attending spend their time offering condolences and assistance to the families.  I can't recall ever attending a memorial where a political event replaced the solemnity of the occasion.

Mr. Obama and his cronies were out of line.  Hopefully they'll be out of a job in the next election cycle.  I can't imagine why anyone would vote for this full-time campaigner and full-time vacationer.

I'm even more disgusted than ever.

The liberal goons are over the edge again.

I wonder why.  Whenever someone of prominence is wounded or killed by a madman the liberals always assume the gun did it.  When will they learn that  bad people will do bad things whether with a gun, a knife, a pencil, a baseball bat, or whatever is handy.  I see that  Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy has a gun control bill ready to be presented to the House of Representatives.  There go some more of our liberties.  For a liberal bunch of fools, these people have removed more liberties from us than ever.

It's interesting that this political outrage isn't obvious when a gangland style hit is affected on an innocent victim near the Mexican Border,  It isn't in view when an innocent younster is killed by a wanna-be gangster anywhere in our cities.  But let a politician get hurt, and here we go again.  I guess you have to be an elitist in order to understand this thinking.

Baseball should be closely controlled because baseball bats are lethal weapons.  Only those who can pass a federal background check should be able to buy baseball bats or even baseballs.  Just think how many people have been injured by those flying instruments of death.

Automobiles should be banned.  More people die each year because of Automobile accidents than die because of gunshots.  Therefore Cars/Trucks/SUVs should be banned unless the purchaser can prove that he/she is not a terrorist and will certify that he/she isn't purchasing it for illegal reasons.

So we get more gun controls.  Anyone even think that will stop a criminal?  It will just remove a line of defense from the innocent, law-abiding citizenry.  Criminals will figure out how to buy them, make them, steal them.  Heaven forbid that people could actually defend themselves.

This is all absurd.  The government needs to GET OUT of our lives.  These do-gooders need to get a life.  Remember, after all we can do....we are all gonna die sometime.  We already have enough laws on the books that are not enforced.

It's discrimination

So why can I not buy a shirt?  Why is it that dress shirts stop at size 17.5 in most stores and rarely get above 18.5 in others.  I need 19T-36 shirts.  When I do finally find the right neck size, the sleeves are 38 inches.  Just because my neck and chest got larger doesn't mean my arms grew to ground length.  I just don't get it.

Maybe there is some obscure law somewhere that says no attractive dress shirts may be commercially made over 18.5 inches around the neck because larger neck sizes increases the incidence of heart disease.  I say if so the liberals are again into my personal life.  I like being large and intimidating.  It helped run off more than one pimple infested youngster that wanted to date my daughter.  Why can I not dress well at the same time?

I like to dress well.  I'm comfortable wearing a dress shirt and tie, but I'm not comfortable wearing a shirt that is too small and a tie that barely descends below my nipples.

I'm fed up with people trying to save me from myself.

Proposed New Year resolutions

I propose our political leaders establish the following New Year resolutions:

1.  Return government to constitutional limits.  Halt foreign aid to those countries that hate us.  Money was never a motivator as we can see.  Take the checkbook away from the smartest woman in the world, and from big sis.  Close the Department of Homeland Insecurity, the Department of UnEducation (and misinformation), the Department of anti-Transportation.  Beef up the Department of Defense.  Pay soldiers a living wage instead of relegating military families to Food Stamps.  As it is, soldiers barely make minimum wage.  And for this they get the privilege of being canon fodder for our enemies.  Return to the gold standard.  Third world money is NOT for us.  I'm pretty fed up with trying to pay my bills with monopoly money.

2.  Turn over government transportation to private industry.  Means the President, Vice-President and all the advisers, pundits, and congressional politicians, staff members, etc will fly commercial.  Make them all suffer through the same crap they put normal folks through.

3.  Provide that government officials, and staffs earn retirement the same way as the rest of us.  Through Social Security and not through special retirement funds.  Require that they vest the same way as the rest of the country.

4.  Cut congressional pay to the average income of their constituents.  So a representative of Oklahoma will make what the average employee living in Oklahoma makes.  A representative of New York makes what the average New Yorker makes, etc.  That way they'll understand better who they represent.

5.  Make legislators and the President actually read or hear each word of a bill before a vote can be taken or a bill signed into law.

Betcha these resolutions would improve our country.
